A leading food service provider in Cardiff is looking for a Recruitment and People Assistant to support high-volume recruitment for stadium events. The candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in hospitality or sports sectors. Responsibilities include managing candidate journeys, collaborating with recruitment partners, and maintaining recruitment reports. Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within hospitality or sports industries.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Experience supporting large event or casual workforces is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for casual worker teams for stadium events.
• Manage candidate journeys from application to onboarding.
• Work with managers to understand workforce needs.
• Build links with local communities to promote opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruitment partners for scheduling.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reporting.
• Provide feedback on staffing performance.
• Assist on match days with scheduling and workforce management.
