Job summary

Cardiff City FC seeks an organised Event Planner to manage a wide range of events at the stadium. You will liaise between sales, customers and operations to deliver seamless events, manage show-rounds, and handle internal and fan bookings with attention to detail and a focus on revenue opportunities.

You will ensure accurate billing, timely communications, and strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of service and collaboration with the events team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events in a stadium or large venue.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and maximise venue revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings from sales through to customer handover.
• Diary manage 14-day and short lead bookings; handle fan inquiries.
• Oversee internal Club bookings and show-rounds with clients.
• Ensure billing accuracy and that payments are in before events.
• Own the BEO process and share timely information with teams.
