Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Business Account Executive to join our team at Stadium of Light in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. You will manage sales and coordinate meetings and events from initial contact to event days, driving growth and delivering memorable guest experiences.

With 3+ years in sales coordination, you should be adept at building accounts, communicating clearly, and thriving in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role offers a pathway to advance within a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.
• No degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and enquiries for events and non-matchday business, engaging with new and existing accounts.
• Conduct venue show-rounds to showcase facilities and maximize sales conversion.
• Detail event information to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
• Attend team meetings to discuss pipeline and the annual plan.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing and trading standards.
