Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a Business Account Executive to join the team at Stadium of Light, Sunderland. You will manage event sales and coordinate meetings and events from initial contact to event day, working to exceed targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination or events is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and enquiries for events and non-matchday business.
• Conduct venue show-rounds to accurately represent facilities.
• Detail event information to maximise revenue and guest experience.
• Contribute to annual sales and marketing planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and standards.
