Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking a Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our hospitality operations at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland. You’ll manage a team, ensure guest service excellence, and coordinate events and meetings.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with 1+ year of management experience, strong leadership, IT literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office, plus related F&B expertise. Competitive benefits and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience, with 1+ years’ management experience preferred.
• Operational experience in hospitality, catering or F&B management.
• Experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Plan and support hospitality services at Stadium of Light with strong organisational skills and available resources.
• Collaborate with the meetings and events sales team for new business opportunities and build strong relationships with senior leaders.
• Follow all finance, payroll and purchasing procedures and produce accurate post-event reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws and trading standards.
