Job summary

Levy UK & Ireland, a Compass Group partner, is seeking an organised Event Planner to join Cardiff FC at Cardiff City Stadium. You will coordinate bookings, liaise between sales, customers and operations, and upsell to maximise revenue while ensuring seamless event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison between the sales process and the end customer.

• Diary manage bookings within 14 days and short lead bookings.
• Handle internal Club bookings and owner client enquiries.
• Upsell to maximise venue revenue and ensure timely invoicing.
