Qualifications

• We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Event Planner to join the team at Cardiff City FC.
• The role involves coordinating bookings, show-rounds and fan inquiries with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison between the sales process and the end customer.
• Diary manage bookings arriving within 14 days and short lead events.
• Coordinate internal Club bookings and show-rounds across the venue.
• Upsell opportunities to maximise venue revenue and ensure timely billing.
• Ensure accurate event information is shared with operations and clients.
