Citi in Belfast is seeking a Vice President to bolster governance and controls for Europe Markets. You will oversee risk and regulatory issues, lead automation initiatives, and coordinate internal audits across a cross-border setup.

The role requires senior-level collaboration with global teams and delivery of comprehensive risk insights. You will report to the Markets Europe Governance & Controls Head, with a hybrid work model and a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in governance and controls within financial markets.
• Experience in internal audit and/or operational risk.
• Experience automating controls/processes leveraging AI.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate globally across diverse groups.

Mansioni

• Manage a robust governance framework for the Europe Markets businesses.
• Oversee risk and controls monitoring for the Europe Markets businesses.
• Sponsor and lead process/control automation.
• Represent the team in Senior forums and dedicated working groups; act as decision-maker where appropriate.
• Ensure that controls and monitoring methods are adequately designed and executed.
• Oversee and manage audits for resolution and coordination.
• Prepare risk assessments, risk inventory maintenance and control performance monitoring.
• Prepare Senior Management presentations and mentor junior team members.
