Job summary

LexisNexis Risk seeks an SRE Manager to lead reliability for production services, driving automation, observability and AI-Ops initiatives. You will oversee incident response, RCAs and continuous improvement, collaborating with Ops, engineering, product and business stakeholders to balance priorities and ensure resilient services.

• Proven experience in SRE, incident and problem management.
• Ability to influence across Ops, engineering and product teams.
• Strong delivery discipline and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into clear operational plans, backlogs and deliverables.
• Line manage and develop team leads, coaching and driving delivery discipline.
• Own incident management, post-mortems, RCAs and improvement actions.
• Strengthen process adherence with clear ownership and delegation.
• Drive SRE practices across observability, automation, disaster recovery and on-call readiness.
• Protect service levels by balancing engineering effort with commitments and maintenance.
• Act as a hub between Ops, technology functions, product teams and stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to advance AI-Ops and reduce toil.
