Capita is seeking an SRA Administrator at Lingfield Point, Darlington. The role involves identifying and indexing large volumes of files onto computerised databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
You will work in an environment linked to a warehouse setting and handle physical documents as part of data entry and scanning tasks. The temporary assignment starts ASAP, offers 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) with training and potential progression to a longer-term contract.

Pay: £12.90ph
Contract: ASAP till end of Dec
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with a 30 minute lunch break. On successful completion of training period, there may be the opportunity to work a 4 day compressed week.
We are looking for a PC literate, skilled Administrator to work at Lingfield point, to identify and index large volumes of files and documents onto computerised database.
The offices are associated with warehouse environments and basic manual handling skills will be required to manage and move files and boxes of documents into various workstations within the office. However, this is not a warehouse picking/packing role, and a good level of IT skills are needed as you will be required to identify and index/enter large volumes of data from files and documents onto computerised databases.
As a key representative of Client, you will have the ability to remain professional at all times, remaining focused on the task in hand and working to a high standard. You will have a commitment to the development of our services and strive for continual improvement. In addition you will be flexible, have a can do/will do attitude and "pitch in" with all tasks.
Comprehensive training will be provided along with ongoing support - this is a great opportunity for candidates that may wish to familiarise themselves with legal documentation.
Successful candidates will need to provide their own safety footwear.
