GRC Solutions is a renowned cybersecurity and privacy consultancy dedicated to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance through innovative approaches.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This proactive role requires expertise in consultative selling, client relationship management, and business development. You will identify new prospects, manage existing accounts, and negotiate high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging potential customers;
  • Articulate the value proposition of GRC Solutions, demonstrating how it enhances governance, risk, and compliance;
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and relevant insights;
  • Identify opportunities within targeted markets and develop relationships with decision-makers;
  • Collaborate with clients to identify cybersecurity and data privacy compliance needs;
  • Lead key bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposals for senior stakeholders;
  • Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently;
  • Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors;
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments;
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategies.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in generating new business and meeting sales targets;
  • Experience in consultative selling and closing high-value deals;
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles;
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills;
  • Contract negotiation expertise;
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with C-Suite executives;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Experience with tenders and proposal writing;
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
