Are you excited to drive high-visibility, strategic logistics and technology solutions to help streamline Amazon's supply chain operations in India? Amazon India Supply Chain is looking for a Senior Leader with a strong delivery record and senior leadership experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects.

This role is responsible for leading teams to optimize supply and demand, develop business analytics to drive resourcing decisions, and reduce costs while enhancing customer experience.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and drive innovative supply chain models tailored to the Indian context. It requires collaboration across various stakeholders to develop ideas, improve existing processes, scale the network, and meet key metrics.

You will work with business teams to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and manage project timelines for software and field operations supporting launches. Regular communication with senior management regarding project status, risks, and changes is essential. Strong project management, coordination, and executive presentation skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
