Amazon’s Senior Supply Chain Managers play a central role in our global business. They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from operational teams fulfilling customer orders to retail teams, to optimize supply chains, enhance customer experience, and improve business efficiency.

Key job responsibilities

1. Lead the Weekly Business Review of RLB throughout the year.
2. Lead RLB demand planning for high-volume events and disruption weeks to ensure network capacity.
3. Collaborate with various Amazon business units to understand plan interactions and impacts.
4. Coordinate with Surface Transportation Scheduling and Forecasting teams on critical business topics.
5. Identify root causes of failures and implement systematic fixes through appropriate processes.
6. Dive deep into issues, understanding stakeholder contributions and challenges, while maintaining a strategic perspective.
7. Provide operational updates on risks and opportunities to RLB capacity in the network.
8. Work with the Forecasting team to monitor and improve RLB performance.
9. Deep dive into problems, providing short-term solutions and long-term improvements.
10. Develop automations, data pipelines, and dashboards for advanced planning.
11. Communicate updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
