Sr Supply Chain Manager, Relay Supply Performance

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced program manager to join the ATS Surface Transportation (ST) team. This role involves leading our long-term 3-year strategy as well as operational planning for the upcoming year. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering the vision and mission of the broader transportation organization.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Owning the 3-year strategic plan for the Relay Supply team in the EU, including presenting to senior leadership.
2. Developing and owning the operational plan for the following year for the Relay Supply team in the EU, with presentations to senior leadership.
3. Collaborating across multiple teams within Surface Transportation and external partners (Tech, Finance, Planning, Process Improvement, Change Management) to influence and prioritize plans.
4. Managing competing priorities to ensure critical programs remain visible to stakeholders and escalating issues when plans are off track.
5. Diving deep into stakeholder contributions and challenges while maintaining a strategic perspective.
6. Managing communications for your business and preparing business cases based on stakeholder information.

About the team:

You will be part of the Relay Supply Performance team within the Surface Transportation Organization of Amazon Transportation Services.

Minimum requirements include:

• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain management.
• Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience leading process improvements.
