Job Description:

This role involves designing and delivering leadership development programs and executive coaching remotely, building relationships with clients, and leveraging organizational change management tools.

Your contribution:
  • Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics.
  • Deliver Learning and Leadership Development Programs (remotely).
  • Deliver Executive Coaching and feedback coaching with our CORE assessment products, as well as "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
  • Leverage current building blocks to create new programs.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for co-creating game-changing team leadership development journeys.
  • In-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • University degree (Bachelor), in Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable.
  • Coaching Certification (ICF).
  • Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience consulting in-house with a consultancy firm is a plus.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills, with strategic engagement.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to build expertise in key focus areas.
