We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful interventions supporting senior leadership teams to boost performance, productivity, and shape culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with client businesses to facilitate team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into tailored learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized, blended leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership development programs.
  • Providing executive coaching, feedback coaching with CORE assessments, and scaling programs like 'Train-the-Trainer'.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches and tools effectively.

Qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience consulting in-house or with a consultancy firm is a plus.
  • Familiarity with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
