Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- University degree (Bachelor) in Social Sciences; Master's degree desirable.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
- Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
- Skills in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
- Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
- A growth mindset and willingness to build expertise in key focus areas.
