We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful interventions and experiences that support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and providing executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized, blended leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Delivering learning and leadership development programs remotely.
  • Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment tools, and conducting "Train-the-Trainer" programs for scaling.
  • Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs.
  • Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Coaching Certification (ICF).
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
  • In-house consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic planning and tactical tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
