We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful experiences that support senior leadership teams in enhancing performance, productivity, and culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate innovative team solutions, supporting leadership development initiatives, and providing executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
  • Providing executive and feedback coaching using our CORE assessment tools, and conducting train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Creating new programs from existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating impactful team leadership journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
  • Skills in designing and facilitating effective meetings and content.
  • Experience consulting internally within organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise.
