We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate team development and deliver innovative solutions. It also includes supporting leadership initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into effective learning programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development initiatives.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
  • Providing executive coaching, feedback coaching with CORE assessments, and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
  • Experience consulting within organizations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
