Job Title: Sr Enterprise Account Exec - Telco, Staines-upon-Thames

Job Description

You will generate new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning, territory management, prospect research, business development strategies, and field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territories, or verticals.

What you will do:
  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  • Manage client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrate account strategies, and lead virtual teams (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, Marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer businesses and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmaps
  • Identify appropriate support resources to involve in deals at the right time
Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s impact on the industry
  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
  • Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to understand the broader IT landscape and strategic plans
  • Commitment to customer success and team-oriented wins
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
