They seek a driven, energetic, and coachable individual interested in professional growth in sales. You should be a motivated self-starter, using initiative and creativity to achieve targets.

The Account Executive will work cross-functionally to attract and onboard new companies, driving platform growth. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, including inbound and outbound sales, preferably with experience in HR SaaS.
  • You must be a hunter and a closer.
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately and meet revenue targets.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation to succeed.
  • A self-starter capable of working remotely and independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello.
  • Strong interest in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Conduct outbound activities to build the revenue pipeline.
  • Target key decision-makers, assess buying readiness, and determine timelines.
  • Manage information/data/metrics using Salesforce CRM.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences.
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners.
