Amazon is seeking a Sr. Agency Development Manager to lead Ad Sales for their E-commerce Business in London. The role involves extensive collaboration with agencies and brands to drive online revenue and develop innovative ad initiatives, requiring a strong media sales background and stakeholder engagement skills.
The Amazon India Ads business functions as a strategic start-up with support and interest from business units across the company as well as Amazon’s top management.
We are investing heavily in building a world class advertising business and are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of advertising products that drive awareness, engagement, discovery and sales. The work we do is strategically important to our Retail and Marketplace businesses for driving long term growth. We deliver billions of ad impressions and millions of clicks daily and are breaking fresh ground to create new ad products. We are highly motivated, collaborative and fun-loving with an entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action. Key job responsibilities
- Drive Ad Sales for our Ecommerce Business
- Drive programs to enable agencies and scale this channel
- Work closely with agencies and brands to drive e-com revenue at scale.
- Engage with CXOs/ Brands and Agency heads on a regular basis
- Partner with internal teams (Product, GTM Marketing, program, CST/AM) to build training and enablement charter for the assigned agencies
- Engage with stakeholders to drive adoption and usage of various tools and publish regular reports capturing inputs.
- Ideate and build newer initiatives to scale expertise
- Master’s degree from Tier 1/2 B-schools
- 3-7 years of post-MBA experience
- Experience in media & video sales
- Experience in dealing with Agencies
- Experience in dealing with SMB agencies
- Experience of working with Ad Tech solution provider is not necessity but will be added advantage
