About the Role

The Sports Coaching and Employability Supervisor will oversee and support all sports outreach and volunteering initiatives within the QMSU Sport and Employability Academy (SEA), including the development and delivery of student coaching and officiating programs. They will also assist in the development of professional coaches across QMSU Club Sport and performance sport, ensuring high standards of training and support for all participants. Additionally, they will support the performance athlete programs.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a degree or significant relevant experience in a sport-related subject and Sports Coaching/Officiating Qualification.

You should have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to support and motivate a team of coaches.
