We're Hiring: Office-Based Sales Executive – VIP Sport & Music Hospitality

? Glasgow (On-site) | ? Full-Time

? Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm

Late Start Mondays (11am) & ? Early Finish Fridays (3pm)

? £24K Basic + Uncapped Commission

? OTE: Year 1: £50K | Year 2: £75K | Year 3: £100K+

? What You’ll Be Doing

• Selling high-end VIP hospitality packages (B2B & B2C)
• Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals via phone/email
• Managing client relationships and driving repeat business
• Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Representing Headline Events Ltd at major UK & international events

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (phone-based ideal)
• A true self-starter – motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Strong understanding of sporting events & live entertainment
• Confident communicator and resilient closer
