Job summary

LSE Students' Union (LSESU) is seeking a proactive Sport Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of its sport, fitness and performance facilities in Central London.

You will manage internal and external bookings, ensure high health and safety standards, and lead a team of student staff, delivering excellent user experience for students and external clients.

This permanent, full-time role offers a pro rata salary of £30,900 per annum and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Proactive, well organised and customer-focused individual is required.
• Experience in facilities management or sport facilities is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deliver events with strong attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of sport, fitness and performance facilities.
• Manage internal and external bookings and scheduling.
• Support delivery of major sporting events and tournaments.
• Train and supervise student staff and ensure high service standards.
