Job summary

Enable Leisure and Culture is seeking an experienced Sports Assistant to join the Leisure team in a part-time, onsite role in London. You will support daily operations, handle bookings, assist customers, and help maintain the facility with a customer-focused approach.

The role requires flexibility, safeguarding awareness, and commitment to inclusive service delivery across community programs and events. A supportive culture and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift system including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Comply with Enable Leisure and Culture codes of practice, data protection and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Attend routine office administration and handle public queries, bookings, and attendance.
• Receive entrance fees, operate booking system and balance tills.
• Prepare facility for competition and training, and mark pitches as required.
• Maintain and repair equipment; issue and monitor use of equipment.
