We’d describe our hiring policy as very much “person-first”. We're looking for someone who cares passionately about supporting our clients, helping to grow our business and who aligns with the culture of everything Stanchion.

As such, whilst we've broadly outlined the role and expertise we'd be looking for below, we haven’t defined this too much.

• ACA, CA or ACCA qualified / working towards qualification.
• Working on accounts, VAT returns, invoicing and bookkeeping of our clients and their owner managed businesses.
• Experience of producing statutory accounts.
• Passion for sport & entertainment encouraged, as our client base is made up of the commercial affairs of sportspeople, TV personalities, wider talent and entrepreneurs within the sport & entertainment industry.
• Hybrid working with office time in Knutsford, Cheshire.
