Job Description

• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks for group entities across the UK, including:

- Balance sheet reconciliation

- Journal posting

- Reclassifications and corrections

- Accruals and prepayments postings

- Support with month-end and year-end close

- Accounts payable and receivable

- Fixed asset register maintenance

- VAT reconciliation

- Bank reconciliation across all group bank accounts

- Financial analysis

• Support the preparation, submission, and review of group payroll across all entities
• Assist in preparing internal and external financial reports in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency across acquisitions and future targets.
• Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
• Provide documentation and support for external audits.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Leadership.
