Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a motivated Sport Centre Assistant to help run and maintain our sport facilities across campuses in Manchester. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience for users.

You will join the Sport operations team and work in liaison with the Sport Coordinator (Operations) to support diverse activity programmes and facility maintenance across on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to maintain facilities and deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Collaborative team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operation of the facility.
• Maintenance of the indoor and outdoor site.
• Delivering a high-quality experience for all users.
• Supporting the Sport operations team.
• Liaising with the Sport Coordinator (Operations).
