Job description

Handle Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager fluent in German to join a B2B events and media business catering to the for-profit healthcare sector across the DACH region. This is an exciting opportunity to own and grow the DACH market in an ambitious and fast-growing company.

*The hiring team is open to candidates with varying levels of experience for this role, hence the broad salary range. The higher end of the salary range is reserved for candidates with specific experience in selling B2B event sponsorship/exhibition solutions.*

Responsibilities will include:
  1. Renew and grow event revenues from existing healthcare investors, advisors, suppliers, and provider businesses, meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Develop new business pipelines, including MedTech and PharmaServices sectors, against or above targets.
  3. Manage pipelines and forecasting with high accuracy using Salesforce CRM.
  4. Communicate feedback, share new ideas, and identify potential new contacts internally.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • A telephone-first approach in both German and English.
  • Networking skills, with the ability to map organizations and leverage connections to secure meetings and conversations.
  • An understanding of and interest in Investing, Finance, and Healthcare sectors.
  • A growth mindset, being proactive and self-motivated.
