Job summary

Bacardi UK is seeking a Spirit Prep Shift Lead to support the Westthorn bulk department. You will lead a cross-functional shift team, ensure KPI delivery, and drive process improvements to maintain the highest quality spirit handling and compliance.

In this on-site role, you will mentor line managers, manage resources for bottling operations, and reinforce safety-first practices across the site, collaborating with global Bacardi teams and ensuring timely, accurate production through

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, preferably spirit/beverage sectors.
• Proven multi-disciplinary people management experience.
• Safety-critical operations exposure and leadership.
• Ability to establish and write clear procedures.
• ERP system knowledge, especially SAP, DRAMS and EMCS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cross-functional shift teams, including performance reviews and training.
• Plan resources to meet bottling operation demands and shift coverage.
• Mentor line managers to drive performance and succession.
• Promote Safety-First culture and ensure compliance with EHS practices.
• Drive KPI delivery, on-time and in-full performance, and cost awareness.
• Champion continuous improvement and root-cause analysis for outages.
• Ensure ISO/HACCP compliance and real-time system transaction accuracy.
• Oversee stock accuracy and liaise with SAP/DRAMS/EMCS teams.
