Job summary

Bacardi Limited seeks a senior Safety & Quality professional to drive global safety strategy across Bacardi and partner sites in Europe. You will implement the full scope of the SQS strategy within the Europe region, ensuring CAPEX plans, governance, and continual improvement across manufacturing sites.

You will lead safety initiatives, collaborate with regional leadership, and manage a distributed team to deliver world-class safety, quality, and sustainability outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in organizations with strong safety reputations.
• Regional or global leadership experience desirable.
• Experience driving safety in multi-site or multi-regional environments.
