Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Senior Global Safety leader to drive safety strategy across all Bacardi and third-party sites in Europe, coordinating with regional leadership and manufacturing teams. You will implement comprehensive SQS programs, promote a proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance with global safety standards.

You will lead safety initiatives across multiple sites, liaise with the VP of Supply Chain, and manage CAPEX for safety programs within the Europe region.

Qualifications

• Science or Engineering degree; post-graduate qualification preferred.
• Experience leading safety initiatives across multinational sites.
• Fluent English; additional language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve safety performance across Bacardi sites.
• Support a proactive accident-free culture and continuous safety improvement.
• Provide global safety expertise to improve operating performance.
• Coordinate safety issues and monitoring systems globally.
• Own the global CAPEX plan for Global Safety.
• Ensure deployment of SQS strategy across Europe region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Bacardi standards.
