Advance Recruitment (United Kingdom) seeks a Clinical Specialist to lead the clinical introduction and adoption of spinal robotics and navigation technology across UK hospitals. You’ll train surgeons and theatre teams, provide in-theatre support and work with sales and medical education colleagues, with significant UK travel.

Experience with robotics in spinal surgery is essential; clinical background such as ODP or scrub nurse is required.

• Robotics experience in spinal surgery is essential.
• Clinical background such as an ODP or scrub nurse or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation and training skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical implementation and site launches.
• Provide in-theatre case support and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations.
• Support case planning and hospital workflows.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nursing teams and management.
• Monitor usage and outcomes to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and medical education teams.
• Share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
