Job summary

Advance Recruitment (United Kingdom) is seeking a Clinical Specialist to lead the clinical introduction and adoption of spinal robotics and navigation technology across UK hospitals. You will act as the clinical expert for surgeons and teams, guiding integration into workflows and safe, consistent use.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and medical education colleagues, support site launches, deliver training and provide theatre-based support.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in theatre support roles preferred.
• Experience in spinal surgery and enabling technologies.
• Understanding of surgical workflows and theatre demands.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary hospital teams.
• Independent, field-based role with significant travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical implementation and launch into new centres.
• Provide in-theatre case support and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations.
• Support case planning and surgical workflows.
• Build relationships with spinal surgeons and hospital teams.
• Encourage sustained utilisation and monitor outcomes.
• Support evaluations, bids and account plans with commercial team.
• Share customer feedback to inform product improvements.
