Job summary

Your Healthcare CIC is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Kingston Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service, supporting St. Philips School in Surbiton.

You will deliver therapy to children and young people with SLCN, collaborating with school staff and families to achieve personalised EHCP goals. Working with a dedicated SLT Assistant and wider team, you will assess communication needs, plan and review programmes, and provide training for parents and teachers.

Qualifications

• Recognised speech and language therapy qualification.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Member of RCSLT or eligible for membership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLT support for CYP at St Philips School in collaboration with school staff.
• Assess and support communication needs of CYP with SLCN and ASD.
• Plan, deliver and review therapy programmes linked to EHCP goals.
• Provide training and advice to parents, carers, teachers and staff.
