Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Education and Inclusion Therapy Service. This term-time, permanent role involves delivering assessments and targeted therapy for children and young people, in collaboration with schools, families and partner agencies.

You will work in a collaborative, supportive team across Hampshire with hybrid working arrangements, ongoing professional development, and a strong focus on improving learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required.
• Experience with children and young people across education, NHS or community settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people.
• Collaborate with schools, families and multi-agency professionals to develop and implement support plans.
• Deliver therapy as part of Hampshire Local Area Partnership's Experts at Hand across various settings.
