You will manage your own caseload, conduct assessments, deliver varied interventions, and contribute to EHCPs while working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to improve communication outcomes for children and young people.

We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join a specialist educational setting, supporting pupils with Autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, SEMH needs, and complex learning profiles. Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will help pupils develop the communication skills needed to access learning, build relationships, and achieve greater independence.

To be successful, you will have:
A Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)
HCPC Registration
Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
Experience working with children or young people with learning disabilities and/or Autism
Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
Strong report-writing, communication, and organisational skills
A commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people
Term-time only working pattern
Competitive salary of £28,874 - £34,610
