Salary: Up To £35,000

Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) – Must be commutable to the site

Responsibilities

• Legislation along with customer codes of practice
• Labelling Compliance
• Documentation of procedures
• Raw Material Specification OR Finished Product
• Liaising with suppliers
• Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance
• Artwork technical labelling

The Candidate

• Degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Food Technology, or similar
• Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Desirable)
• Experience in any technical role within the food industry (Essential)
