This role involves creating and maintaining accurate product specifications, collaborating with various departments, managing documentation, reviewing supplier specifications, verifying nutritional data, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain product specifications aligned with standards and regulations.
2. Collaborate with Product Innovation, Regulatory, Sourcing, and Commercial teams.
3. Manage specifications using PLM and internal databases.
4. Review supplier specifications for compliance and consistency.
5. Verify nutritional data for regulatory claims and labeling.
6. Evaluate quality assurance documents and ensure quality standards.
7. Liaise with suppliers to resolve specification issues.
8. Provide technical administrative support to the Technical team.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in a technical or specification role within food, FMCG, or regulated categories.
2. Knowledge of food safety, supplement regulations, HACCP, and labeling standards.
3. Proficiency with specification systems or PLM tools.
4. Experience reviewing technical documentation and supplier specs.
5. Ability to work with nutritional data and product claims.
6. Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
8. Methodical approach with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
