Job description

Job Title: Specifications Technologist

Role Type: 6-month FTC

Location: Corby

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (pro-rata)


My client is looking for someone on a fixed term contract to work as a Specifications Technologist.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

· Completion of retailer specifications as per the requirements defined by the Group Technical Compliance Manager
· Completion of Brand pack copies as per the requirements defined by the Group Tech Services Manager
· Ensuring all artwork is accurate and correct
· Updating various specification systems of our customers and all associated documentation
· Day-to-day support of projects and managing workloads to be able to complete tasks within the required timescales.
· Support the group technical function with any other group technical tasks that may need actioning

The ideal candidate will have a degree, or degree level qualification in either Food Science or Quality Systems with significant experience of preparing food specifications along with experience of Retail Systems and legal labelling qualification.
