Qualifications

• Experience using customer specification systems within the food industry.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• HACCP and Food Safety training.
• Experience managing critical paths and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer specifications and online portal information in line with customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Technical and Packaging teams to maintain supplier information.
• Manage the specification administration throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with food labelling legislation and customer codes of practice.
• Prepare and complete documentation to support product development.
• Assist with artwork approval and packaging compliance.
• Support customer and third‑party audits with product specification expertise.
• Promote safe working practices and report unsafe conditions.
