Specification Sales Manager - Rainscreen Cladding

Role Overview:

The Specification Sales Manager will focus on:

  • Promoting high-end rainscreen cladding systems, facades, and masonry through specification sales in the field.
  • Winning and tracking specifications for commercial projects, developing relationships with architects, specifiers, and design practices.
  • Delivering RIBA-accredited CPD presentations to secure early-stage specifications.
  • Targeting projects in sectors like commercial, high-rise residential, education, healthcare, build-to-rent, and student accommodation.
  • Collaborating with internal sales, PR, and marketing teams using tools like Barbour ABI for project lead generation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in field sales within the external building envelope sector.
  • Knowledge of the specification sales process.
