Specification Business Development Manager – South UK
ASR International is pleased to be partnering with a premium manufacturer in the contract interiors space to recruit a Specification Business Development Manager to cover London and the South of England. This is a key commercial role designed to accelerate growth through architect and design (A&D) specification channels.

This manufacturer is an established and trusted supplier in the contract furnishings sector, known for its innovation, technical expertise, and service-led approach. With a strong international presence and growing UK footprint, the business delivers high-performance fabric solutions across hospitality, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
Now entering a phase of targeted growth, the business is investing in its specification strategy to increase market share and enhance visibility with key A&D influencers, procurement groups, and project stakeholders.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a consultative, self-motivated specification sales professional to lead A&D engagement and drive project-based sales across the South of the UK. You'll play a central role in executing the UK specification strategy, supporting key account development and building lasting commercial relationships with specifiers, designers, and procurement consultants.
This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys solution selling, client interaction, and influencing the commercial direction of a fast-evolving business.
