Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is recruiting a Specification Sales Manager – Façade Glazing & Curtain Walling to drive sales of aluminium façade systems to London architectural practices and main contractors.

You will inherit a £15m project bank, aim for £2–3m in the next full sales year and grow the bank by about £10m, while tailoring proposals and specifications with clients.

Salary £65k-£70k, up to 30% bonus, and EV or hybrid car benefits follow a field-based role covering London & Home Counties.

Qualifications

• Field sales role promoting aluminium facade systems, curtain walling and doors/windows.

Responsibilities

• Sell to London architectural practices, assisting with proposals and specifications.
• Manage 10% time with main contractor relationships to protect the specifications.
• Target hundreds of architectural practices.
• Inherit area with a project bank of circa £15m.
• Aim to achieve £2-3m sales in the next full sales year and grow the project bank by ~£10m.
• Average order value £200k-£1m (Projects up to £20m).
• Access to a healthy volume of inbound enquiries.
• Target education, high rise residential, commercial office, healthcare and education projects.
