You will present technical guidance, recommendations, and tailored solutions to ensure Knauf products are specified early in projects.

You will deliver CPD seminars, train design teams, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities. The role offers a collaborative, international team and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales in construction/building materials.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong network within architecture, design and construction sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and project-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Identify key projects and stakeholders to ensure Knauf products are specified early in planning.
• Provide technical advice, product recommendations, and tailored solutions to architects and specifiers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers in construction and design sectors.
• Act as primary point of contact for specifiers, delivering excellent customer support throughout projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, CPD seminars, and training sessions to design teams.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities in the specification market.
• Gather feedback to align Knauf offerings with market needs.
• Support the sales team to convert specifications into orders.
• Track specification activities, pipelines and conversion rates using CRM.
