Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speciality Coordinator to support the daily running of ENT outpatients. The role involves providing an efficient administration service and working with the Head and Neck department across sites to ensure smooth operation of services.

The successful candidate will liaise with consultants, doctors and clinical staff to maintain accurate waiting lists and book theatre lists to capacity, with a focus on delivering timely and coordinated patient

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and office management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise daily workload autonomously or as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and experienced in administration.
• Knowledge of RTT.
• Knowledge of 18 week pathway.

This role is situated within the Head and Neck department, the successful candidate will work primarily within ENT and will work closely with consultants, doctors and clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of services. The ENT department provides services across all of the Trust's sites,Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Andover War Memorial Hospital and Alton Hospital Our unit in Winchester Hospital provides outpatient, day case and elective services to our patients.

The Head and Neck department are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for the role of Speciality Coordinator to primarily support the daily running of ENT outpatients. The successful candidate will work to provide and manage an efficient and effective administration service.
