Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Speciality Coordinator to support the daily running of ENT outpatients within the Head and Neck department. The role requires excellent communication and office management, with strong organisational skills and solid administration experience.

You will liaise with patients and clinicians to ensure waiting lists are accurate and theatre lists are booked to capacity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and office management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise daily workload autonomously or as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and experienced in administration.
• Knowledge of RTT
• Knowledge of 18 week pathway
• Liaise with patients and clinicians to ensure the waiting list is accurate and theatre lists are booked to capacity.
