Job summary

Blackhorse Primary School is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a skilled team supporting pupils with SEND. The role involves working under the SENCO and teachers to help pupils engage with learning through adapted activities, and coordinating interventions within the inclusion team.

The successful candidate will lead and adapt learning for groups or individuals, fostering life skills and emotional regulation while maintaining high expectations and building positive relationships
